How long will it take to get my custom building?

We aim to have all custom buildings shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping can take a further 1-3 business days depending on the shipping service selected and which part of the UK you are ordering from.

This will also vary if you require us to install the building for you. 

 

How long for the Browden Team to install my building?

Once your building is ready to ship, we will aim to begin installation within 2 business days. (subject to weather and location). Typically, installation will take less than a day.

 

What are your normal business days?

Our offices and production facility is open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Our installation and assembly team does not follow a traditional operation time as this varies depending on our customers needs.

 

Do I need a forklift to unload my building?

Check before completing your purchase if the product you are buying requires a forklift to unload (stated on the product details page and at checkout). We usually offer forklift and non-forklift shipping options for all products. Larger scale products may offer a fork-lift only service.

**NOTE** Unloading of the building parts requires a minimum of 2 persons. The courier driver is not responsible for aiding in the unloading of the product(s).

 

 

Do you deliver to outside the UK?

No. We do not deliver outside the UK, if you do wish to purchase one of our products for use outside of the UK, a collection can be arranged from our production facility but all expenses and export/import duties must be handled by the buyer.

 

What do I get with the installation and assembly package?

This price is fixed for the service of assembling and fitting the building, if you require further work to be carried out, for example, a concrete base putting in prior. we can quote for this also, but we recommend sourcing this locally.

Before installing we will first contact you to confirm:

1.    Property access and access to the designated site area for installation.

2.    Photography of the foundation for where the building is to be sited.

3.    To confirm an installation date and time.

Do I need planning permission to erect my building?

All our buildings are within the legal threshold that allows them to be erected in a garden/residential setting without the need for planning permission or notifying your local council, however, we do not take any responsibility for this and you should always perform your own checks with your local council or seek professional help if you are unsure. 

 

Do you do custom buildings besides what’s on the website?
